Connor cares deeply about protecting the earth and helping to take care of it. He loves helping people to plant trees in their backyards and neighborhoods. He foraging many of RI’s native plants, like Beach Plums, Hazelnuts, and Chestnuts. One of his favorite spots to forage is Scarborough Beach.
He grounds his work with Nuts & Bolts in Agroecology, a movement, science, and practice to build a sustainable food system, as well as the writings of Pope Francis. He has a master’s in environmental policy and undergraduate degree in english and environmental engineering. Connor can often be found reading a book, writing poems, daydreaming, or reading on his laptop. He loves to explore by canoe, dream about different worlds, and laugh with his friends.
